How it works

  1. You upload your original file and your modified file (same ECU read, identical size). Our engine auto-detects the ECU family — Bosch, Siemens-Continental or Delphi.
  2. It locates every checksum & CVN block for that ECU (CRC32, ADD32, ADD16 and manufacturer block descriptors) and validates them on the original.
  3. It recomputes each checksum on your modified data and patches the stored values — the same engine that powers our Cloud Tuning.
  4. You download the fixed BIN, ready to flash. If the ECU is manufacturer security-signed (RSA / AURIX MD1·/MG1·), the tool says so and asks you to correct it in your flasher instead. The download link expires in 1 hour and is single-use.

Note: manufacturer security-signed ECUs (RSA, and AURIX MD1·/MG1· e.g. some newer BMW / Mercedes / VAG) cannot be auto-corrected here — the tool tells you to correct those in your flasher (KESS3, Autotuner, Flex…).

FAQ

Which ECUs does this tool support?

Bosch MED17 (petrol direct injection) and EDC17 (common-rail diesel) — that's about 70% of EU petrol+diesel from 2008-2020. For EDC15/EDC16, Continental SID208/SID209, Denso, Delphi DCM, Marelli MJD, Siemens Simos and newer Bosch MDG1/MDG2 use the DaVinci Deluxe · Cloud Edition desktop suite.

Is my file stored anywhere?

No. Files are deleted immediately after the corrected BIN is downloaded, or after 1 hour if you don't download. We log only an anonymous 4-byte file signature for usage stats — never the file content.

How many corrections can I do?

Each correction costs €5 (5 tokens), max 5 per hour per IP. DaVinci Deluxe · Cloud Edition (from 299€ lifetime) gives the full Stage 1/2, DPF off, EGR delete and AdBlue removal suite across 50+ ECU families.

Is the algorithm safe to flash?

The tool uses our production DaVinci Deluxe checksum engine (CRC32, ADD32/ADD16 and manufacturer block descriptors) — the same engine that powers our Cloud Tuning. Always test on a spare ECU first and keep an original backup before flashing anything.
